1.房間沒有熱水.維修過程非常緩慢及處理過程包括客服人員動作非常慢 包含事後換房間整個時間超過30分鐘以上 事前訂房已告知需要嬰兒床及房間要有浴缸以便2歲小歲使用.但完全沒有 整體服務過程令人非常失望!!

同样是五星级，很多设施都没有更上，甚至没有，服务人员办事效率差，我在那边还丢了衣服。。。离机场有30公里，交通极其不方便，周围什么都没有

酒店很大，安静，舒服。比较适合来这里放松。如果目的地是吉隆坡那就不是什么好的选择了。虽然有酒店班车，但是2：30出发8：30回来，只够在吉隆坡- 逛一个商场。当然也可以做轻轨，不过折腾。我们主要目的是休息，所以选了这里。总体还是很满意的，价格便宜量又足。晚上在湖边餐厅吃饭，价格公道味道也- 不错。Buffet比较差一些，乏善可陈。
位置在布城郊区，到布城都要30分钟。酒店打车的话要30林吉特。好在有班车。不过班车只到轻轨站和商场，要是能去粉红清真寺就更好了。

从下车到大堂要提行李上楼梯和酒店形象不符。本只因酒店离机场近才选择，没想到酒店完全可以作为观光，应该更多宣传酒店设置，因为之前没有安排时间，酒店很多项目未体验到

环境还可以，但是因为晚上到，不是很看得清。转机过夜，有点不划算。从KLCC打的过去也很远。
本来想离机场近，赶早上六点多的飞机，可以快些，但是从酒店打的，到机场，居然要150RM，比从城里过去还要贵，如果是转机过夜，不合适，性价比太差。实际20分钟的车程，前台居然说要40分钟，
